The Waterfront Charmer, a waterfront cottage, is decorated in a Key West style and perfectly located in the heart of of Pass-a-grille\'s historic district.

We are right next to 8th Ave., which is the \'hub\' of this quiet spot, across from the Merry Pier and next to the Seahorse Restaurant.

The comfortable cottage and cozy loft has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Just bring a toothbrush!

Pass-a-grille is located on the southernmost tip of St Pete Beach. Near Tampa, St Petersburg, Anna Maria Island and Egmont Key.

We take great care to make sure you have all the comforts needed to make a vacation a memorable experience. We\'re fortunate enough to have acquired many repeat guests, we book up early for the spring season so don\'t delay.

A red aluminum roof makes the cottage quickly identifiable! The cabana striped awnings, bright tropical artwork and furnishings complete the charm of old Florida living with contemporary amenities. Cottage has 2 decks - one that looks at Boca Ciega Bay and a second intimate, secluded, covered porch between home and the garage (loft). A privacy fence on both sides of the home. Old oak wood floors, a totally remodeled and updated kitchen, romantic fireplace, ceiling fans, central air, This is our personal guest house for our friends and family when they come visit, so we make sure it never starts looking \'tired\'.

In 2018 we completed a large remodel of both bathrooms, they still have the old cottage look but are totally new! The laundry area is now located in the bottom floor of loft with full sized stacked front load washer and dryer. New loft AC and new AC in the cottage.
