Your searching is over. You have found the beach house for your next beach vacation! The Fin & Tonic at over 2,600 square feet of heated space with five balconies (two of which face the gulf and are extra wide) provides plenty of space for your next family vacation! Two master suites both with king-sized beds face the gulf. There is a queen bedroom with its own private balcony. And there is a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four.

The beach is only a 3-minute walk!

Our house is conveniently located next to the community pool. It is right across the street from our driveway. The community is small with currently only 11 homes.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house. You should also find a healthy supply of beach supplies (umbrellas, etc.) that guests use and leave.

Interaction with guests

I will send you the door codes and other helpful info around ten days prior to your arrival. I try my best to respond to your texts or messages ASAP.

Other things to note:

NOTWITHSTANDING anything to the contrary, if due to order by the State of Florida or Gulf County, we are prohibited from renting the property or the beach is closed to the public due to pandemic-related issues during the above rental period, the Guest(s) will be entitled to a 100% refund should the Guest(s) choose not to come.
