This cottage is located over about 9+ acres and has fantastic views looking out over St. Joe Bay and the Old Saltworks Pond. Dug during the Civil War to produce salt! Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and gulf breezes on your screened porch or the open deck. The cabin is a suite, large room with full kitchen, seating and eating area and sleeping area. NEW Kitchen has stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, and outside charcoal grill. Has table with 4 chairs. Seating area has two over sized stuffed chairs and ottomans to relax and read or watch the nice TV, DVD and WIFI. Has comfortable queen size bed. A bath with shower. Downstairs is covered parking and also a hot and cold outside shower. Just a short walk down to the boardwalk and all the Bay activities or just relax by the bay. (Great place for scallop season, too)
