The bath and beach towels are also new and are excellent quality. I provide you enough towels for your entire stay. There are two large flat panel TVs in the condo, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, both with over 125 high definition channels. The TV in the living room is a big 50 inch LED 1080p Smart TV with WiFi.

This condominium is located in a gated, inter coastal yacht club community with a security gate and security in the coveted Madeira Beach Yacht Club. The main entry gate is very near your condo and provides easy access to the beach. This condo has great views of sailboats, cabin cruisers and sealife from your screened porch. Every room in the condo has this great view. Nothing like rolling over in bed and waking up to a view of the inter coastal and Gulf waters.
