This Modern Manor is a 1950s rambler lovingly remodeled by the hosts with all modern style and amenities. The house is filled with art by local Las Vegans and little touches artfully arranged to make you feel at home in the Mojave. Sun-filled rooms and bright colors make this clean, inviting space the perfect spot to get away to or get some work done.

There are three bedrooms:

2 queens and

1 double bed

Each in their own private room.

1 bedroom is also a full office with a desk and comfy adjustable office chair.

The Living Rooms / Common Areas is a large comfortable space with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, and 30+ regular TV channels. Hand-painted herringbone accent wall and signature art make the living room one of our favorite rooms in the house.

The second living area is a large sunroom with a comfy sofa, armchairs, bar area, fireplace, and view of the lush backyard, pool, and spa. Den & Dining AreaThere s a small den adjoining the dining room that s perfect for reading or socializing.

The Kitchen Has been recently updated, with a breakfast nook and all necessary appliances (fridge, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double sink, toaster, microwave, venting hood, etc. ).

The Best Room! The backyard . . . a relaxing oasis of palm trees, grass, shrubbery for privacy, a shaded patio, and pool. Here, you can dine al fresco at the patio table and chairs provided, lounge on a chaise, or sunbathe on one of the pool s champagne shelves.

Guest Access: Entire Home!

Interaction with Guests: Sabrina & Matt will be available to assist you. They can answer any and all questions about the property, Las Vegas, restaurants, transportation, anything you need. You will meet them or one of their staff at check-in. They are only a few streets away if you need anything during your stay.

Some maintenance people (pool and yard care, etc. ) may be onsite during your stay, so don t be alarmed if someone lets himself in the rear yard and appears to be working. Landscaping is on Wednesday, and Pool service is on Friday.

We Only ask that you abide the following rules:

No smoking

Not suitable for pets

No parties or events

Check-in is anytime after 3PM

Check out by 11AM

Please Note: Our home is managed and cared for by The Innkeep Elite. A local Vacation Rental Management Company. They require you to book a time to be checked-in and their AWESOME team will be able to assist you throughout your stay.
