Description
Open the door to Villa Serena and find yourself transported to a peaceful sanctuary. Villa Serena is the perfect space for your relaxing Key West vacation. Duval Square is located in the heart of Old Town Key West, yet is secluded away upstairs from the crowds. Delicious restaurants and unique shops are located in the quaint bricked courtyard below. A bright and sunny rooftop pool and pavilion area are just few steps from your front door. This home also offers one reserved parking space in the gated garage.
The downstairs living area is decorated in soothing cobalt and beachy sand tones and provides plenty of space for entertaining. French doors lead out to a covered and private patio area. The kitchen features modern appliances and granite countertops.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a calming oasis of dramatic wood tones and Caribbean blue accents. A spa-like ensuite bath features a large step in, pebble-tiled shower and generous vanity. A second balcony provides a private outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and another ensuite bath.

Elevator access from ground level to the first floor of the condos. Stairs to the unit\'s second floor bedrooms.
Elevator Access UPDATE: The Duval Square Association\'s Property Management Company has just informed us that the elevator will be down as of Sept 25th and is not scheduled to be up and running for at least 3-4 weeks. Pricing has been adjusted and is reflective of this being a walk-up condo unit during this time period. There will only be staircase access during this time for all people and luggage. Rent Key West Vacations has no control over this project.

We really enjoyed our stay in Key West. The Duval Square location was perfect for all of the sites we wanted to visit. The unit was quiet and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely rent from Rent Key West again and would seek out this location if available.

Duval Square was a very handy location for a Key West visit. Right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to lots and lots of attractions. The condo was clean and well equipped, everything worked except the tv soundbar. All in all a very good experiennce. Keeping the upstairs cool during warmer weather without freezing the downstairs could be an issue.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villa Serena. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Staff was very courteous and easy to work with on check-in and out. We would definitely stay there again.

Villa Serena was fabulous! The unit was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. When the master bath sink and shower didn\'t drain properly, they had a maintenance man there very quickly and the problem was taken care of. The condo is in a fantastic location, right on Duvall Street. We would highly recommend this condo, but Rent Key West for their customer service and accommodations.

Between a bad travel experience and subpar fishing guides, the accommodations were the only part of the trip that were as advertised. Clean, nice and close to all activities. I would stay here again.

We love Duvall Square! We’ve stayed there a handful of times in the seven years that we’ve been coming to Key West and find that it’s the perfect location for us. Every condo that we stayed in has been very clean. The pool is perfect as it’s never packed with people. Key West is our perfect vacation and we hope to be coming back for years to come!
