“Summerchase” has been recently renovated, is immaculate, and is ready for your stay. This condo has exquisite custom and designer touches in every room. Take a look at the beautiful kitchen with hand crafted wood bar, custom cabinets, modern appliances, and a dining room set that seats up to 6 (pull out leaf allows table to be adjusted to suit). Enjoy the bright and beautiful living room with queen size pull out sofa, 42" flat screen TV, and a warm and inviting fireplace. The master bed room has a king size mattress and 32" flat screen TV. This condo is even equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. “Summerchase” is fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home plus free WiFi - high speed wireless internet throughout!
“Summerchase” offers what so many other condos cannot:
- Private pier and bay front beach on property for fishing, boating, crabbing, or just watching the sunset.
- Gulf of Mexico’s crystal white sand is a short walk across Ft. Pickens Rd.
- Santa Rosa Dunes has the finest outdoor pool on Pensacola Beach. Gated and private with swipe access. Olympic size outdoor swimming pool for those days when you want to lounge on a pool deck instead of at the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating for sunbathing and a large covered deck/balcony to escape from the sun while still being able to safely watch the kids.
- Private tennis court and shuffle board area.
- Bring your boat! We have a lot of dedicated boat/trailer parking all free to owners and guests. Launch from Shoreline Park in Gulf Breeze and then tie/anchor your boat off to the private pier on the condominium grounds. Keep your boat under your watchful eye from the comfort of your balcony and have it available for use in a moment’s notice!
- Free beach trolley in service from May 27-September 5, 11:00am-midnight Fri-Sun, 4:00pm-midnight Mon-Thur. Trolley pickup/drop off is right in front of condo entrance. Use this trolley it to travel up and down the beach, enjoy shops, bars, and restaurants without ever having to move your car.
- Walking distance to the best restaurant on Pensacola Beach – Peg Leg Pete’s. Peg’s is a local’s favorite with the finest seafood, burgers, and steaks served up fresh.
- Tom Thumb convenience store located right next to the condominium grounds. Well stocked with all of your summer needs to include beach toys, suntan lotions, snacks, food, and drinks!
