If coming to Laguna to go to the beach and not use a car, this is the place!
Imagine stepping out your front door and being 100 steps from the beach! Right dead in the middle of town. Walkable to everything. You won’t need a car once you are here. This is a beautiful, renovated house with everything you need.
 
3 bedrooms ; 2.5 baths
 
Master has a King Bed + its own private bathroom
 
The 2 other rooms are smaller and have a jack-n-jill bathroom. They have a Queen and Full bed respectively.
 
There\'s also a private office area as well.
 
This house has all the amenities you can want.
 
Just like a lot of places super close to the beach, parking is rarer. There\'s parking for 1 car. Parking is available just 1 block up and there\'s a parking garage closely.
 
Many streets in Laguna have small alleyways next to them. This house has a small alleyway next to it, but the house itself is very well insulated so you won\'t hear much, especially in the master.

Only spent two days at this property, but it was quiet, clean, and very well-kept. The owner was amazing and very friendly. The amount of wildlife that we encountered this weekend was magical, thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and share memories with the best of friends!

We had a wonderful getaway with my family! Plenty of room for 16 of us, from babies to teens and young adults! And of course, us, the parents/grandparents!! There were daily visits from the Elk and some Deer. Went to town for some ice cream and lemonade and a visit to the lavender farm!!! The grandkids loved running in the large yard. The owner was very accessible for any issues. All in all, a very positive experience!!

The property was very clean and the owners were super. One day in the back yard there were 28 elk and 7 deer. Having that large of a yard was wonderful for the children. We would definitely stay again. One thing we all liked was having the kitchen, familyroom and diningroom all together so it was easy to communicate with each other while cooking, watching TV and eating.

We all had a great time. House was perfect, owner couldn\'t have been more kind and helpful. The grand kids loved the wild life (Deer , elk ,squirrels ,birds) On one day there were 32 Elk in the front yard. We will definitely return next summer.
